The University of Kansas Hockey team is always looking for ways to maintain contact with its alumni. Toward this end, we aim to compile a database of all past players from KU Hockey.
If you are a former KU Hockey team member, please fill out the form below and submit it. Your name and personal information will be added to our database. Your name and years with the club will be displayed on our team Alumni page on the Web site and in the team's Gameday program. All other personal information will be kept private and will not be given or sold to any third party. You will not be solicited or contacted by the club unless you elect to allow us to.
